Requested URL /OA_HTML/AppsLogin Was Not Found on This Server – Complete Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Troubleshooting Guide One of the most frustrating errors encountered by Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Application DBAs is the message: Requested URL /OA_HTML/AppsLogin was not found on this server. This error usually appears immediately after opening the Oracle E-Business Suite login URL. Instead of displaying the login page, Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) returns an HTTP 404 error indicating that the requested resource cannot be located. Although many administrators assume that the OA_HTML directory has been deleted, the problem is usually caused by an application tier configuration issue rather than missing application files. Incorrect context file values, Oracle HTTP Server configuration problems, AutoConfig inconsistencies, incomplete cloning activities, WebLogic Server failures, or an invalid login URL are among the most common causes.
